One: High School Heroes centers on Kim Ui Gyeom, a brilliant yet modest top student who avoids violence. He endures constant pressure from his father, Kim Seok Tae, a successful businessman who, despite his gentle facade, enforces harsh discipline to steer his son toward a medical profession. Ui Gyeom’s peaceful existence shatters when he unexpectedly unleashes an incredible natural fighting talent at school. This display is noticed by Kang Yun Gi, a fellow student with exceptional combat skills and keen observational abilities. Yun Gi, recognizing Ui Gyeom's raw power, proposes they form a masked High School Heroes team to tackle the school's pervasive bullying. As Ui Gyeom confronts his rage, he systematically takes down the bullies. However, Kang Yun Gi has ulterior motives, subtly guiding Ui Gyeom deeper into a mysterious fighting world, transforming the reluctant hero into a formidable force.
