A Man Who Defies the World of BL Final plunges viewers into the comedic plight of Mob, an unassuming background character determined to evade any BL romance. Fresh off deflecting unexpected confessions from classmates, Mob yearns to return to his peaceful, unnoticed existence. However, as graduation season looms, marked by the symbolic exchange of second buttons, a new challenge emerges: hay fever.
Mob's allergy symptoms – watery eyes and flushed cheeks – ironically pose a significant threat, easily mistaken for romantic tension and triggering potential BL flags. The film showcases his desperate, often hilarious, struggle against an endless onslaught of such scenarios. Whether it's navigating accidental fake dating, intense study sessions, shared work experience, or even festive Christmas events, every interaction seems poised to pull Mob into an unwanted BL development. Can our protagonist successfully outwit the world's relentless attempts to thrust him into romance and finally secure his status as a truly unromantic extra?
