Africa No Yoru introduces Yaeko, a young woman embarking on a new chapter in the intriguing Mezon Africa condominium. Eager to settle into her local community, Yaeko quickly discovers that her new neighbors are far from ordinary. Among them is Yuka, a selfish neighbor girl whose self-absorbed antics constantly disrupt the peace. Another resident is Midori, an anarchist college student, bringing an unpredictable and unconventional energy to the building. As Yaeko tries to navigate this eccentric mix of personalities, an unsettling secret begins to surface. She learns that one of her seemingly quiet neighbors, a woman named Mizuho, was involved in a dark incident years ago – having killed her husband a staggering 14 years prior. This revelation casts a chilling shadow over Mezon Africa, transforming Yaeko's new home into a place where past crimes and present oddities intertwine, making her question the true nature of her community.
