Kuusou Taiga Drama Oda Nobuo presents a delightful twist on the Sengoku Period. Meet Oda Nobuo, a kindhearted minor feudal lord heading the fictitious Oda clan. He lives a comfortably cozy life, vaguely aware of the grand ambitions for national unification held by a similarly named hero. While Nobuo occasionally speaks of conquering the country, it's merely polite pretense, far from his true peaceful nature. His chief retainers, Shibata Katsuo and Akechi Mitsuru, possess illustrious names but utterly lack the formidable power of their historical counterparts. The narrative unfolds as this unassuming Oda clan prepares to face an impending, rather inconsequential ordeal. This charming drama explores how these well-meaning but ultimately powerless individuals navigate a minor challenge, offering a humorous and heartfelt look at ordinary lives within an extraordinary era.
