Lose My Heart to You explores the complex journey of Gu Tian Cheng, a man fiercely determined to reclaim Medea, his family's cosmetics company seized years ago by his uncle. After years in corporate acquisitions, he is on the brink of success when a critical illness necessitates a heart transplant. The donated heart belongs to Du Zheng, the fiancé of Lin Jia Qi. Following the surgery, Gu Tian Cheng experiences a dramatic personality shift, attributed to a rare cell memory disorder. Once cold and reserved, he transforms, becoming notably kinder, especially towards Jia Qi. As he navigates unfamiliar emotions and a growing, undeniable connection with her, his relentless pursuit of revenge begins to soften, revealing a gentler side and an unexpected path to love that challenges his very identity and life's purpose.
