In the mystical realm of Linzhou, where the Sushui river is perpetually shrouded in an unknown haze and whispered rumors of ancient dangers, lies the secluded dwelling of the Ji tribe. It is within this enigmatic setting that an extraordinary love blossoms between General Fei Lian and a spirit girl of the Ji tribe. Their profound connection, however, is burdened by insurmountable obstacles. Not only do they face thousands of years of deep-seated prejudice and injustice against the Ji people across the Five Continents, but they are also separated by what feels like an entire world, culturally and perhaps dimensionally. What unfolds is more than a romance; it is a complex tale, a "farce in the name of love," compelling them to confront a harsh truth. Can they cast aside age-old biases and bridge the vast chasm between their distinct worlds to find a way forward and break the formidable deadlock, echoing a silent plea to "Please Remember Me"?
